Why you don't just want the digitals!

Why you need more than digitals of your photos!

In today's digital age, most of our photos live on our phones, computers, or in the cloud. Seniors understandably are most interested in digital images to post and share on social media.  I get it!

While digital photos offer instant gratification, they die quickly after that post or share.  There's something special and timeless about holding a physical print in your hands or seeing it on your wall. Need more reasons to print your photos?

1. Tangible Memories

Printed photos provide a tangible way to preserve your memories. Unlike digital photos that can be easily lost or forgotten, printed photos serve as a physical reminder of special moments in your life.

2. Personal Touch

Printed photos add a personal touch to your home decor. Whether you display them in frames, albums, or on a wall gallery, printed photos can help you create a personalized space.

3. Gifting

Printed photos are great gifts. Giving a printed photo of a memory or loved one just means more than a text or email with a photo attached.

4. Technology Changes

Printed photos are more likely to stand the test of time than digital photos. While digital files can become corrupted or outdated, printed photos can be preserved for generations with proper care.  Your grandchildren will probably ask you "What is a USB?"

5. Nostalgia

There's a nostalgic charm to printed photos that digital photos simply can't replicate. Holding a print in your hands can bring back memories of a time gone by.

6. Creativity

Printing your photos opens up a world of creative possibilities. From creating photo books and collages to scrapbooking and home decor projects, printed photos can inspire you to get creative and think outside the box.

7. Because less is more

Printing your photos encourages you to be more selective of the moments you capture. Instead of snapping endless photos on your phone, printing your photos forces you to be more selective and intentional about the memories you choose to preserve.

Words of wisdom from photographer and favorite IG account Missy Mwac puts it "You'll never regret the photos you print, only the ones you don't!" and these below:
